You will be warned it’s not compatible, but move it over anyway. Click the arrow that appears when you hover over the pack to move it into the ‘Selected Resource Packs’ section. It will be red, but don’t worry about that. Now, come back to Minecraft, and you will see ‘Xray Ultimate’ on the left hand available resource packs section. To install your XRay texture pack, just drag-and-drop the XRay Ultimate Resource pack into this resource pack folder. This will open up your resource packs folder. Just open up Minecraft 1.16.5, and from the main menu, click on ‘options’, ‘resource packs’, and then, click on ‘open resource packs folder’ in the bottom left.
